                       今天一早更冷好想窩在棉被裡


 


 


                          但han就沒早餐吃了


 


 


                           今天利用冰箱食材做起雞腿口袋包


 


 


 


              材料:去骨雞腿肉一支.洋蔥半個.番茄一個.厚土司一片


 


 


                做法: 1.先將雞腿切小塊.洋蔥切絲.番茄切丁


 


 


                      2.利用平底鍋放入一小匙油,等鍋子熱之後,一邊放入雞腿,一邊放入洋蔥(節省時間)


 


 


                     3.等雞肉熟,洋蔥也熟,之後再跟二者拌炒,加上少許調味料即可起鍋,完成餡料


 


           


                       4.厚土司中間切開不斷塞入餡料跟番茄,便完成營養又美味的早餐
